Authorizes the Chairman and Ranking Minority Member of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Committee on Governmental Affairs, acting jointly, to provide to law enforcement and regulatory entities and officials records of the Subcommittee's investigation into the credit counseling industry.
