Commends members of the armed forces for their role and service in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Calls upon the people of the United States to honor those who fell in the line of duty during such Operation.

Commends the families of personnel deployed to the Middle East for such Operation for their role and sacrifices in supporting such servicemembers.

Expresses deep condolences to the families of the men and women who lost their lives during the conflict in Iraq.
