Older Americans Prescription Drug Tax Relief Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow an income-based credit ($1,000 maximum per eligible individual) for the purchase of outpatient prescription drugs not covered by Medicare or insurance by persons eligible for Medicare.
