Summary

Fallen Law Enforcement Officers and Firefighters Flag Memorial Act of 2003 - Allows the family of a law enforcement officer or firefighter who dies in the line of duty to request that a Member of Congress provide to that family a Capitol-flown flag. Directs that costs associated with providing such flag be paid from official funds.
