Declares that Klaus Dieter Hinze, Heidi Hinze, Annamarie Hinze, and Roberto Arndt shall be eligible for issuance of an immigrant visa or for adjustment of status to that of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence upon filing the appropriate application.
