To amend title 37, United States Code, to ensure equal treatment for members of reserve components who perform inactive-duty training in determining their entitlement for aviation incentive pay and hazardous duty pay.
Authorizes members of the reserves and National Guard, while performing inactive-duty training, to receive hazardous duty incentive pay, officer aviation career incentive pay, and career enlisted flyers incentive pay.
