To prohibit, through the period ending on December 31, 2007, any Department of Defense participation in any international aviation trade exhibition (known as an "air show") to be held in France.
Prohibits the Secretary of Defense, through December 31, 2007, from authorizing or permitting participation by any element of the Department of Defense in any international aviation trade exhibition (air show) held in France. Includes under such prohibition any support to a defense contractor, industrial association, or other entity participating in any such exhibition.
