A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that the Secretary of State should redesignate the Palestine Liberation Organization as a terrorist organization, and for other purposes.
Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) the Secretary of State should redesignate the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) as a terrorist organization for purposes of U.S. laws containing prohibitions and restrictions on those organizations; and (2) the Palestinian Authority, working on behalf of the PLO, should not receive any Federal funds.
