Declares that Congress: (1) recognizes the valor, commitment, and sacrifice that Army nurses have made throughout our nation's history; (2) commends the Army Nurse Corps for 100 years of selfless service; and (3) requests that the President issue a proclamation recognizing the 100th anniversary of the Army Nurse Corps on February 2, 2001.
