A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to provide for the appointment of a Chief of the Veterinary Corps of the Army in the grade of brigadier general, and for other purposes.
Establishes an Army Veterinary Corps, with a chief and an assistant chief. Requires: (1) the Secretary of the Army to appoint the chief, with the grade of brigadier general; and (2) the Army Surgeon General to appoint the assistant chief.
