Military Sniper Weapon Regulation Act of 2001 - Amends Chapter 53 ( Machine Guns, Destructive Devices, and Certain Other Firearms) of the Internal Revenue Code to include in the definition of the term "firearm" a 50 caliber sniper weapon.
