A bill to amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to provide workers with individual account plans with information on how the assets in their accounts are invested and of the need to diversify the investment of the assets.
Amends the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to require individual account plan administrators to provide quarterly statements to participants and beneficiaries which include information on how their account assets are invested and on the need to diversify such investments.
