Geriatricians Loan Forgiveness Act of 2002 - Amends the Public Health Services Act to include as a year of obligated service under the National Health Corps Loan Repayment Program each year of fellowship training in geriatric medicine or geriatric psychiatry that is required in order to obtain a certificate of added qualification in such fields.
