Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study of the former Eagledale Ferry Dock located at Taylor Avenue in Bainbridge Island, Washington, and the historical events associated with it (Japanese American residents of the Island who were sent to internment camps in 1942 boarded a ferry to those camps from such Dock) to evaluate and report to specified congressional committees on its national significance and the suitability and feasibility of designating it as a unit of the National Park System. Authorizes appropriations.
