A bill to authorize the modification of a pump station intake structure and discharge line of the Fort Fairfield, Maine, flood control project at full Federal expense.

Requires the Federal share of all design and construction costs associated with modifying a pump station intake structure and discharge line to prevent ice from interfering with pump operation at the Fort Fairfield, Maine, flood control project to be 100 percent.
