To amend title 38, United States Code, to add Diabetes Mellitus (Type 2) to the list of diseases presumed to be service-connected for veterans exposed to certain herbicide agents.
Includes diabetes mellitus (type 2) among the diseases presumed to be service-connected, and therefore compensable under veterans' disability compensation, for veterans exposed to certain herbicide agents in the Republic of Vietnam during the Vietnam conflict.
