Authorizes and requests the President to award the Medal of Honor to James L. Cadigan of Hingham, Massachusetts, for conspicuous acts of gallantry at the risk of his life and beyond the call of duty in an assault to secure high ground north of Zerf, Germany, on February 26, 1945, during World War II.
