Summary
Authorizes the Secretary to convene an advisory group of individuals representing public and private organizations actively involved in the conservation of Asian elephants to assist in carrying out such Act.
Amends the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation Establishment Act to authorize appropriations, and to increase the amount authorized for the Department of the Interior for each fiscal year, to carry out such Act through FY 2005.
