Drivers' License Integrity Act - States that: (1) a valid nonimmigrant visa is required for an alien to obtain a driver's license or State identification card in the United States; and (2) such license or card shall be valid only during the validity period of the alien's nonimmigrant visa.
Directs the Attorney General to: (1) enter into discussions with appropriate State and local officials to ensure compliance; and (2) provide grants to assist States in issuing licenses and cards consistent with such requirements.
