Rev. Joseph A. De Laine Congressional Gold Medal Act - Authorizes the President to present on behalf of Congress a gold medal to Joseph De Laine, Jr., to honor posthumously his father, Rev. Joseph Anthony De Laine (civil rights activist), in recognition of Reverend De Laine's contributions to the Nation.
