To amend title 10, United States Code, to extend commissary and exchange store privileges to veterans with a service-connected disability rated at 30 percent or more and to the dependents of such veterans.
Provides military commissary and exchange privileges to veterans with service-connected disabilities of 30 percent or more, as well as their dependents.
