Summary

Expanding Education for Military Families Act of 2002 - Removes the requirement that, in order to be eligible to transfer educational entitlement earned under the Montgomery GI Bill's educational assistance program to one or more military dependents, a member must have, or be participating in, a critical military skill or specialty.
