Social Security Child's Insurance Benefits Restoration Act of 2001 - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to restore child's insurance benefits in the case of children between 18 and 22 years of age who attend postsecondary schools.
