Summary

Amends the Wolf Trap Farm Park Act to rename Wolf Trap Farm Park for the Performing Arts as Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts.

Exempts the Park from laws, rules, or regulations that are applicable solely to National Park System units that are designated as a "National Park."
