Summary

Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to with respect to intracompany transferee (L visa) aliens to: (1) permit accompanying nonimmigrant spouses to work in the United States; and (2) reduce from one year to six months the required period of prior continuous overseas employment with a petitioning employer under a qualifying blanket L visa petition.
