To provide for the implementation of the agreement between the Secretary of the Interior and the Governor of Arizona to facilitate a land exchange of Federal and State lands between the United States and the State of Arizona pending a State referendum regarding the agreement in 2002.
Provides for the implementation of a specified land exchange agreement between Arizona and the United States, but not the actual land conveyance which shall depend upon a specified Arizona referendum.
