To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 to authorize the Secretary of the Army to reimburse non-Federal interests for managing recreation facilities and natural resources at water resource development projects, and for other purposes.
Amends the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 to authorize the Secretary of the Army to pay for the non-Federal share of work carried out under the challenge cost-sharing program for the management of recreation facilities and natural resources at water resource development projects by a non-Federal interest if the Secretary has entered into an executed agreement with the non-Federal interest that provides for reimbursement.
