Avery Point Lighthouse Restoration Act of 2001 - Requires the Secretary of the Interior to include on the National Register of Historic Places the Avery Point Lighthouse, located in Groton, Connecticut, on the Avery Point campus of the University of Connecticut. Provides funding to the University for the Lighthouse's restoration.
