This bill directs the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality to collaborate with the Office of State Lands and Investments and the Wyoming Water Development Office to study public wastewater and stormwater infrastructure across the state, alongside ongoing efforts to assess drinking water infrastructure. The Department of Environmental quality is required to report the study's progress annually to the Select Water Committee from 2026 to 2030. The bill appropriates $8 million from the Strategic Investments and Projects Account to fund the study, including hiring a consultant, if needed.
