Title: Elections-voting machine and voting system tests.

Summary

The bill draft specifies procedures for testing, preparing, and certifying voting machines and electronic voting systems in Wyoming before elections. County clerks are required to post public notices and inform political party representatives and independent candidates about testing schedules, allowing them and the public to observe the testing process. The bill outlines testing requirements and the process for objecting to the use of any voting machine. If the county use an electronic ballot marking device, the test shall also be conducted using ballots or ballot cards on each machine that are marked by an electronic ballot marking device.
