Title: Secretary of state-expedited filings.

Summary

This bill would authorize the Wyoming Secretary of State to charge a fee of not more than $5,000 to expedite the filing of a document filed with the Secretary of State's Office relating to business entities, property, trademarks, service marks, and trade names. This bill would require the Wyoming Secretary of State to establish by rule the fee and process for expedited filings and this bill would provide that the expedition of a filing shall not alter the prioritization of rights determined by the timing of the filing.
