Virginia Human Rights Act; menopause or perimenopause; discrimination prohibited. Prohibits discrimination under the Virginia Human Rights Act on the basis of menopause or perimenopause for purposes of nondiscrimination in government programs, public accommodation, employment hiring, and reasonable employer accommodation.
