Summary

Definition of three-unit service dog team; required entry to public spaces. Clarifies, in the definition of a three-unit service dog team, that a person who is an adult and who has been trained to handle the service dog can include the parent of such person with a disability. The bill also provides that a three-unit service dog team shall be permitted entry to all public places and places of public accommodation, pursuant to relevant law, unless expressly forbidden pursuant to a valid court order.
