ON APRIL 13, 2026, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2443, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 revises when an unmanned traffic enforcement camera cannot be enforced to, in addition to present law, when a warning flasher or flashers are in operation or during times when children are present. ON APRIL 14, 2026, THE HOUSE SUBSTITUTED SENATE BILL 2443 FOR HOUSE BILL 2474 AND RESET SENATE BILL 2443.
