ON FEBRUARY 23, 2026, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2358, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 clarifies that a podiatrist may only treat the soft tissues of the lower leg distal to the tibial tuberosity.
