Summary

ON APRIL 15, 2026, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2454, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 s pecifies that this bill's authorization for the issuance of debt applies to: (1) A regional airport authority created by three or more municipalities and counties and at least one political subdivision of another state; and (2) A metropolitan airport authority.
