Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2 and Title 6, Chapter 53, relative to election districts.
ON MARCH 10, 2025, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 23, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 adds that "district, for purposes of municipal elections, also means a ward prescribed for the purposes of nominating and electi ng candidates ."
