Title: AN ACT relative to agency rules scheduled to expire pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 5.

Summary

ON MARCH 16, 2026, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2132, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 clarifies that all of the following emergency rules of the Tennessee public charter school commission expire upon the date that the bill becomes a law:  Rule Number 1185-01-04-.01, which governs the submission of an initial replication application.  Rule Number 1185-01-04-.02, which governs the commission's review of an initial replication application.  Rule Number 1185-01-01-.03, which governs the submission and review of an amended replication application.
