An Act providing for regulation of the meat packing and food processing industry by creating facility health and safety committees in the workplace; establishing the industry workers' rights coordinator within the Department of Labor and Industry; and imposing penalties.

An Act providing for insurance coverage for prostheses and orthoses; and imposing duties on the Insurance Department and the Department of Human Services.

An Act amending the act of January 17, 1968 (P.L.11, No.5), known as The Minimum Wage Act of 1968, further providing for definitions, for minimum wages and for exemptions; providing for gratuities; further providing for enforcement and rules and regulations, for penalties and for civil actions; repealing provisions relating to preemption; and providing for local option and for taxpayer savings and reinvestment.

A Resolution recognizing the month of May 2026 as "Mental Health Awareness Month"" in Pennsylvania."

An Act amending the act of November 10, 1999 (P.L.491, No.45), known as the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act, in preliminary provisions, further providing for definitions and for Accessibility Advisory Board; in Uniform Construction Code, further providing for adoption by regulations and for revised or successor codes; in training and certification of inspectors, further providing for education and training programs; and establishing the Accessibility Advisory Board Administration Account.

A Resolution celebrating the City of Philadelphia upon the momentous occasion of the United States semiquincentennial and commemorating the convening of a ceremonial meeting of the Pennsylvania Senate at the National Constitution Center.
