An Act amending Titles 25 (Elections) and 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in changes in records, further providing for death of registrant; in enforcement, providing for referral for prosecution; in provisions contingent on Federal law, further providing for removal of electors and providing for certification of list maintenance and for registration records; in licensing of drivers, further providing for notice of change of name or address; imposing duties on the Secretary of the Commonwealth to prepare a report; and imposing penalties.

An Act amending the act of December 4, 1996 (P.L.911, No.147), known as the Telemarketer Registration Act, further providing for definitions, for registration requirement, for unlawful acts and penalties, for blocking of caller identification and other telemarketing screening products or services prohibited, for unwanted telephone solicitation calls prohibited, for violations and for investigation.

An Act amending the act of February 9, 1999 (P.L.1, No.1), known as the Capital Facilities Debt Enabling Act, in capital facilities, further providing for administration of redevelopment assistance capital projects.

An Act amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31, No.21), known as the Human Services Code, in general powers and duties of the Department of Human Services, providing for annual report of children facilities and payments; in children and youth, providing for carbon monoxide alarm standards in child care facilities; and, in departmental powers and duties as to licensing, further providing for right to enter and inspect.
