An Act providing for public utility credit reporting; and imposing duties on public utilities.

An Act amending the act of April 6, 1951 (P.L.69, No.20), known as The Landlord and Tenant Act of 1951, in creation of leases, statute of frauds and mortgaging of leaseholds, further providing for leases for not more than three years and for leases for more than three years and providing for notice of building credit through rent reporting program for residential leases; and providing for reporting rent payment information to consumer reporting agency program.

An Act amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, in preparation for and conduct of primaries and elections, further providing for peace officers, no police officer to be within one hundred feet of polling place, exceptions and presence of soldiers prohibited; and, in penalties, further providing for police officers at polling places.

An Act prohibiting employers from using consumer reporting under certain circumstances; and providing for enforcement.

An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in particular rights and immunities, providing for deprivation of rights.

An Act providing for solar-ready projects involving a warehouse or distribution center; authorizing tax exemptions and special tax provisions; imposing duties on the Department of Environmental Protection; and imposing penalties.
