An Act amending the act of January 17, 1968 (P.L.11, No.5), known as The Minimum Wage Act of 1968, further providing for definitions, for minimum wages and for exemptions; providing for gratuities; further providing for enforcement and rules and regulations, for penalties and for civil actions; repealing provisions relating to preemption; and providing for local option and for taxpayer savings and reinvestment.

An Act providing for regulation of the meat packing and food processing industry by creating facility health and safety committees in the workplace; establishing the industry workers' rights coordinator within the Department of Labor and Industry; and imposing penalties.

An Act amending Title 61 (Prisons and Parole) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, establishing the Prison Industry Enhancement Authority; providing for employment of incarcerated individuals by private industry and for subcontracts with correctional agencies; establishing guidelines for incarcerated individual compensation; and providing for location of private sector prison industry.

An Act amending the act of February 19, 1980 (P.L.15, No.9), known as the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act, in definitions, further providing for definitions and for State Real Estate Commission; in application of the act and penalties, further providing for unlawful to conduct business without license or registration certificate, for civil suits, for criminal penalties and for civil penalty; in powers and duties of the State Real Estate Commission - general, further providing for duty to issue licenses and registration certificates and for approval of schools, providing for continuing education for licensed home inspectors and further providing for administration and enforcement; in qualifications and applications for licenses and registration certificates, further providing for reputation and inactive licensee and revoked license, repealing provisions relating to qualifications for license and to application for license and providing for home inspector license and home inspector-in-training registration; in duties of licensees, further providing for duty of brokers, cemetery brokers and rental listing referral agents to maintain office, for reciprocal licenses, for employment of associate brokers, salesperson and for broker price opinion; making a repeal; and making an editorial change.

An Act providing for employer disclosure when employee layoffs occur due to an employer's use of artificial intelligence or other technological change; and imposing civil penalties.

An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.343, No.176), known as The Fiscal Code, in Pennsylvania Child and Dependent Care Enhancement Tax Credit Program, further providing for definitions and for credit for child and dependent care employment-related expenses.

An Act amending Title 44 (Law and Justice) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in law enforcement background investigations and employment information, further providing for maintenance of records and for hiring report; and imposing penalties.
