An Act amending the act of April 14, 1972 (P.L.233, No.64), known as The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, further providing for definitions; and providing for medical marijuana exemption.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in student supports, further providing for definitions and for student supports and providing for the Pennsylvania Mental Health First Aid Training Program; and, in school safety and security, further providing for the School Safety and Security Grant Program.

An Act establishing the Grandfamily Assistance Program and the Grandfamily Assistance Program Fund; providing for grants to area agencies on aging; and imposing powers and duties on the Department of Aging.
