An Act amending the act of December 17, 1968 (P.L.1224, No.387), known as the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, further providing for definitions, for unlawful acts or practices and exclusions, for civil penalties and for private actions.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in career and technical education, providing for temporary waiver.

An Act amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, in preliminary provisions, further providing for definitions; in voting by qualified absentee electors, further providing for approval of application for absentee ballot and for canvassing of official absentee ballots and mail-in ballots; in voting by qualified mail-in electors, further providing for approval of application for mail-in ballot; and, in Election Integrity Grant Program, further providing for funding for elections.

An Act providing for notice of use of artificial intelligence or generative artificial intelligence in political advertisements.

A Resolution urging the Congress of the United States to ban insider stock trading and betting in prediction markets.

An Act providing for regulation of large load customers and public utilities and for community benefits agreements between large load customers and community-based organizations; establishing the Data Center LIHEAP Enhancement Fund; and imposing duties on the Department of Human Services and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
