An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, in Office of State Inspector General, further providing for definitions and for powers, purpose and duties.

An Act amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, in voting by qualified absentee electors, further providing for canvassing of official absentee ballots and mail-in ballots; and, in Election Integrity Grant Program, further providing for funding for elections.

An Act amending Title 7 (Banks and Banking) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for stablecoin licensing; imposing duties on the Department of Banking and Securities and the Banking and Securities Commission; and imposing penalties.
