An Act amending the act of December 27, 1974 (P.L.995, No.326), known as the Veterinary Medicine Practice Act, further providing for definitions, for Pennsylvania State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners and for additional duties of board of examiners and veterinary technicians; providing for scope of practice for veterinary technicians and veterinary nurses; and further providing for biennial educational requirements, for records and inspection of records, for penalties and for exemptions and exceptions.

An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in size, weight and load, further providing for limits on number of towed vehicles and for length of vehicles, providing for application of width, height and length provisions to tow trucks and further providing for application of maximum weights of vehicle provisions to tow trucks.

An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, in sales and use tax, further providing for exclusions from tax.

An Act amending Title 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in miscellaneous provisions relating to emergency management services, providing for minors serving in volunteer emergency service organizations; making a repeal; and making an editorial change.

An Act designating a portion of Pennsylvania Route 405 from segment 0270/offset 2380 to segment 220/offset 2306 on Pennsylvania Route 44 in Delaware Township and Watsontown Borough in Northumberland County as the PFC Richard F. "Ricky"" Ritter Memorial Highway."

An Act amending the act of June 28, 1995 (P.L.89, No.18), known as the Conservation and Natural Resources Act, in Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, further providing for forests and establishing the Forest Fire Warden Fund.
