Enacts the Empowering People in Rights Enforcement (EMPIRE) Worker Protection Act

Relates to the scope of certain provisions relating to beneficial owners of limited liability companies

Protects individuals who provide or receive legally protected health activity from criminal or civil liability or professional sanctions imposed by jurisdictions outside the state; repealer

Requires comparison of prices charged by energy services companies

Imposes certain requirements on institutions housing a defendant due to mental disease or defect prior to the discharge of such defendant

Relates to enacting provisions for the execution of electronic wills

Requires the board of elections to notify victims of domestic violence whose registration is maintained as confidential of the expiration of the confidentiality of such registration records

Establishes minimum staffing levels for certain local board of elections

Requires a special election to fill a vacant supervisor position in towns with a population of six hundred thousand or more

Prohibits local boards of elections from purchasing direct recording electronic machines

Relates to the approval of applications of charter schools

Increases compensation of election inspectors to $300 and coordinators to $350 in New York city

Prohibit use of ranked choice voting; withhold funding for use

Providing for a program allowing election official trainees to be appointed as election officials

An Act relating to service areas; and providing for an effective date.
