AN ACT relating to health care; creating the Statewide Health Care Access and Recruitment Program Account; providing for certain transfers of money out of the Account; requiring a biennial assessment of the health care needs of this State; establishing the Statewide Health Care Access and Recruitment Grant Program to award grants of money to fund certain projects to address shortages of providers of health care or clinical services or expertise identified by the assessment; requiring a grantee to enter into a funding agreement with the Nevada Health Authority; providing for certain oversight of projects funded through the Program; authorizing the Authority to take certain actions in response to certain changes to a funded project or if a grantee fails to comply with a funding agreement or applicable law; prescribing certain requirements to expedite the credentialing and privileging of providers of health care; revising the circumstances under which a registered pharmacist may possess and administer a dangerous drug for the purposes of administering an immunization; requiring the prioritization of certain applications for licensure as a physician or osteopathic physician; requiring certain reports of the Board of Medical Examiners and the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine to include certain information; making appropriations; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to public safety; revising provisions relating to assault, battery, stalking, child sexual abuse material, domestic violence and driving under the influence of alcohol or a prohibited substance; establishing certain unlawful acts relating to certain theft offenses involving property damage; revising provisions relating to offenders; establishing provisions relating to the creation of corridors and the adjudication and reporting of certain offenses committed within such corridors; making various changes relating to juvenile justice; prohibiting the construction of certain findings relating to actions for wrongful conviction; revising provisions relating to the sealing of records and specialty court programs; revising provisions relating to pretrial release; requiring certain facilities that hold persons to maintain and provide certain information relating to persons held at the facility; authorizing the Director of the Department of Corrections to establish an alternative correctional program; prohibiting school districts, public schools and their employees from providing certain information and access to school property under certain circumstances; revising provisions relating to opioid use disorder; making appropriations; providing penalties; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to state financial administration; making supplemental appropriations and authorizing the expenditure of money for the support of the civil government of the State for the 2025-2027 biennium; increasing the maximum annual salary of the State Chief Information Officer of the Governor's Technology Office within the Office of the Governor; revising the membership of the Commission on Innovation and Excellence in Education; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to governmental administration; providing that a meeting between an agency or officer of the Executive Department of the State Government and the Legislature concerning certain topics relating to cybersecurity is not subject to the Open Meeting Law; prohibiting the disclosure of certain information and materials received during or prepared for such a meeting; creating and setting forth the duties of the Security Operations Center within the Office of Information Security and Cyber Defense within the Governor's Technology Office within the Office of the Governor; creating the Account for the Security Operations Center and prescribing the use of money in the Account; requiring the Security Operations Center to prepare an annual report that assesses the effectiveness of the Security Operations Center; requiring the Security Operations Center, to the extent funding is available, to develop the Cybersecurity Talent Pipeline Program; revising the purpose of the Governor's Technology Office; authorizing the board of trustees of a school district to use the services and equipment of the Governor's Technology Office; making various other changes relating to the cybersecurity of governmental entities; making appropriations; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to the Legislative Department; clarifying that proceeds of sales of certain items approved by the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau must be deposited in the Legislative Fund; clarifying that the organization of the Nevada Revised Statutes into titles by the Legislative Counsel does not constitute a legislative determination for certain constitutional purposes; placing a certain parcel of land under the exclusive supervision and control of the Legislature; making an appropriation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to housing; revising the Windsor Park Environmental Justice Act; requiring the Housing Division of the Department of Business and Industry to adopt certain regulations and provide quarterly reports to the Interim Finance Committee; clarifying the boundaries of the Windsor Park neighborhood for the purposes of determining eligibility to participate in the program established by the Act; revising certain requirements to be eligible to acquire a new single-family residence under the Act; authorizing certain owners of vacant lots in the Windsor Park neighborhood to exchange the vacant lot under the program; enacting provisions governing the closing of transactions for the exchange of single-family residences and vacant lots; revising provisions governing the property taxes levied on a single-family residence acquired under the Act; revising provisions governing real property transfer taxes imposed on the transfer of such a residence; revising provisions governing the development of a public park to memorialize the residents of the Windsor Park neighborhood; revising provisions governing the use of certain money for the purposes of the Act; making an appropriation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to economic development; enacting the Nevada Studio Infrastructure Jobs and Workforce Training Act; requiring the Office of Economic Development to enter into a development agreement to establish certain criteria for the development of infrastructure for the production of motion pictures and other qualified productions and other new capital investment in this State; establishing certain penalties if the development does not meet certain requirements for new capital investment and expenditures for the production of motion pictures and other qualified productions; establishing requirements for a production company located at such a development to be eligible for film infrastructure transferable tax credits for qualified productions produced at the development; providing for the calculation of the amount of film infrastructure transferable tax credits; requiring the creation of a production studio entertainment district; revising provisions governing noninfrastructure transferable tax credits for motion pictures and other qualified productions produced in this State; authorizing an additional amount of noninfrastructure transferable tax credits; establishing the Account for Nevada Film, Media and Related Technology Education and Vocational Training and a board to approve distributions from the Account; providing for the distribution of money from the Account to certain entities and organizations that provide education and vocational training to develop a workforce for the production of qualified productions in this State; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
