Change provisions relating to notice requirements for a meeting of a public body under the Open Meetings Act

Require disclosure of proposed state agency contracts with private entities that have contracts with United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement

Exempt certain gatherings of members of the Board of Parole from the Open Meetings Act

Provide a duty for each state agency to examine fees charged

Change which political subdivisions may use virtual conferencing for meetings under the Open Meetings Act and change related requirements

Change provisions relating to emergency contracts in the State Procurement Act

An Act relating to the Legislative Ethics Act; relating to legislative subpoenas; relating to the jurisdiction of the office of the ombudsman; and providing for an effective date.
