AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE PAT HARRISON WATERWAY DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE BIG CREEK WATER PARK, INCLUDING PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT, UPGRADES OF ROADS AND PARKING LOTS, AND RENOVATION OF GUEST CABINS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2027.
